The competition is open to all chefs, from self-taught culinary talents to seasoned professionals.

Applicants must be 18 years and above

Applicants must be based in Africa.

Participants must be fully available for a 5-week duration to participate in the program.

Open to individuals of African origin, regardless of their current country of residence. However, all contestants must be willing to travel to Africa for the competition.
